CUSTOMER CARE POLICY

All feedback, be it positive or critical in nature is gladly received. It is only through feedback from our customers that we can monitor our service and make the necessary improvements. 

If you are unhappy with any aspects of our service or products, please let us know. Testimonials or comments can be submitted in writing by letter or email. We will try our best to reply, if required, within 48 hours.

Data protection and confidentiality

All our clients' details are stored securely and we adhere strictly to data protection policies. Confidentiality is of prime importance due to the sensitive nature of our work and we take this extremely seriously. No part of our customer's details or information will ever be passed on to a third party without direct consent of the individuals or companies concerned.


APPOINTMENTS POLICY

All appointments made with Aristos Life Enhancement should be kept wherever possible. Any cancellation or change of appointment should be made with at least 48 hours notice. Missed appointments will be subject to a fee, or will be deducted from the number of pre-paid sessions.

If for any event, Aristos Life Enhancement has to cancel or change appointments, every effort will be made to contact the customer giving them at least 48 hours notice. This can only be done if relevant contact details are given on making the appointment.


PROTECTION POLICY

Aristos Life Enhancement does not collect any information about individuals visiting this website. This website is here only to provide information about our hypnotherapy, coaching and training services as well as provide a purchase point for our products.

Payment details are not stored by Aristos Life Enhancement after each transaction is completed.

As part of our ethical practice, confidentiality is extremely important to us and is treated very seriously. No details about customers who purchase products and services from us will ever be passed on to any third party for any reason, without the express permission of that person.

Necessary personal details and material such as case histories are only kept for the duration of customers' involvement in therapy, coaching or training. 

Aristos Life Enhancement offers a newsletter which customers can subscribe to by request. Details of how to unsubscribe are listed in your confirmation e-mail and on each newsletter page.
