Mindfulness

Now is the time!

What is Mindfulness?

Mindfulness is a state of being aware of what is happening for us in the present moment.

This state should be free of judgement or conscious thought where we let go of notions of what we should be doing or how we should be feeling.

In being Mindful, we are trying to value our experience at that moment, just as it is with a sense of compassion, curiosity and acceptance.

Mindfulness is not therapy, but has been proven to help people with stress, anxiety, illness, pain and psychological problems like depression.. It is not religious but can be used as part of spiritual practice Using Mindfulness has enabled many to live their lives with less suffering and more contentment.
